I've been shopping at this store since 2015, you would think that with the pandemic they would enforce customers to wear masks..but no they don't. I was at this location on February 5, 2021 shopping for my daughter when the store had 3 customers(women's between the age of 20-40) walking around without a masks on..they had the mask in their hands instead of in their face..when checking out I asked the cashier why they didn't tell them about not wearing a mask..and they said that the manager is not enforcing masks inside the store..like really with this pandemic and they think its not necessary. Really disappointed will NOT BE SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE! PEOPLE NEED TO WEAR THEIR MASK !!!!!!!!

Very disappointed that they did not allowed a 2 yr old use the restroom, yes i know that COVID has most stores w restroom and fitting rooms closed but being that their main customers are kids this should be available, we had to run 2 stores down to Marshall's ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f

I love the store . The staff are always helpful and cordial. But....I always have to wait in line to check out for a long time.

Horrible customer service , I purchased pants online and went to store to exchange wd 1 size big (same brand same make )and they refused to exchange with the same price I ended up paying $24 more and got only 4 pants instead of 6 , called the customer service numbers and they said every store have different rules and they can do this . Never again that’s my first and last time I shopped there.
