Love LOVE Ivy! She was so friendly and helpful with every question I had. Not even sure she was the one supposed to be helping me but she sure did stop and answer questions when I asked. Very patient with me as well. Can't find customer service like this hardly anymore.This is such a great location!
Recently went to sell. By 3 get 3 free. Online is exactly what I asked for. In store charged us full price. Sales gorl says o no it takes it off. Would you like to do the math, I'll wait. Then manager says on only applies to certain ones. How convenient but the day we bought we asked several times. Even the girl taking return said something different. This was the Copperfield location. Took my daughter to 2 other locations totally out of product.nStores beware, online is going to put you out of business
