I came into this location on September 30th to discuss them creating my sons 1st birthday shirts. The employee had the door locked (it is COVID times though), then when I walked in he barely helped me. They had NO selection of T-shirts and they were EVERYWHERE. No organization what-so-ever. Then after telling him what I was interested in, he had me email him the design. He told me to order my shirts myself to save $2/shirt and didn’t even mention to me that he could order them for me.nnToday, after I got my shirts in and was going to proceed with ordering from him anyway, I find out they’re closed because they’re having issues with the corporate franchise! I do not recommend going to this location if they open again because he didn’t even bother warning me or just telling me he couldn’t do the work. Instead, I had to waste money buying my own shirts for work that can’t even be done now. ud83dude24
As a first time customer, AJ provided the BEST customer service experience when I needed a very special going away present for my best friend! The t-shirt with a digital photo turned out so beautiful and was done in the same day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Saved the Day!!! I had my son's birthday and made our own shirts.. Well my shirt didn't come out and his did. I looked up the nearest place near me. Voila !!! Big Frog to the rescue! The lady was very helpful and I was able to get my shirt made within an hour! I'll definitely use this company for my prints! Very good price!
