Micheal I believe manager there or a worker was very helpful when we came into the store for pharmacy prescription after I got out of the emergency room. However the pharmacy was closed. Right before we left he stopped us from leaving and took his time to call other locations for us to find us an open pharmacy so I'd be taken care of. Very hospital and very great customer service.

Just went to Walgreens to pick up a few things, well I as i was paying the cashier was about to give me a receipt and I said oh no thank you I don’t need the receipt will this guy sure did mumble under his mouth and “you could of said that at the beginning” like don’t work customer service if you can’t me be nice at all or find a better job.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE !!nI used the atm inside of this Walgreens and asked the cashier(who was sitting down on a chair and seemed bothered to get up and help me) if they could break one of my 20s for 10s because that’s all the atm gives and she comes back with in a snarky tone “not unless you buy something, it’s polite to buy something” as if I didn’t already use one of their services?nNo thanks and I get my prescriptions there and will never be there for any of their services ever again .

Okay since the Coronavirus they have became way harder to work, call and get told one thing. Then are arrive and told something else. It sad because I really did like the stuff most was friendly and nice, but there a few that I didn’t really like dealing with.nnWhen they was open 24 hours it amazing! Since they are next to HCA Tomball Hospial it makes no sense to not be 24 hour pharmacy..... there been a few late night trips to the hospital, and got antibiotics or other RX given by the hospital staff.
