Went on a Sunday morning for breakfast! The sweet tea and the unsweetened were backwards and after notifying them 2 times and getting a new cup they didn’t change it. The girl taking my order was not listening at all, gave me 3 cream cheese when I asked for butter for my blueberry muffin. Still don’t know if I was charge for the cream cheese (no bagels ordered)the butter is always ice cold, can’t spread it! Patio door locked so can’t go refill your coffee with out re entering the main door. Felt like a hassle just to go eat breakfast on their patio.
Worst worst worst worst worst worst !!!!nThey always are late and never have anything ready! Even though I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time.They always forget something . I prefer the Panera on spring cypress & 249. They always say “ im sorry we are short staff” or “ I’m sorry we are training someone” I’ve tried to be patient and understanding but they really need a good manager, someone to guide them properly. I’ve had this problem for years but never wanted to write a bad review. I was trying to understand them. I’ve had it !

Highly recommend! Reasonable good coffee and food prices. Great staff, clean, safe environment and easy accessible parking.
This location is poorly managed. They always seem to be out of something. They constantly substitute the type of bread they use for different sandwiches due to shortages. My most recent visit was the worst. Out of broccoli cheddar soup, ice, and avocados. Didn't bother telling us this until after we ordered and paid. So that's cool
