The guy that helped me was very rude! He ignored me when I first walked up until I said something. Was not helpful at all and was rude to another lady who needed to pick up a cake. I gave him a lot of details and he took a picture of the colors I was talking about on my phone. I wanted dark blue ombre. Instead of dark blue to white it was a bright dark blue to a light turquoise but 3 layers and not blended like true ombre. I wanted the top part to be a drip cake and it was dripped but looked like Nickelodeon slime. I was so disappointed in this cake for my friend's baby shower.

The pastries are always fresh and delicious. The customer service is always excellent. It’s not close to my house, but if I’m near by I always stop by.

DONT ORDER A CAKE FROM THE BAKERY AT THIS HEB! I ordered a 2 tier cake for $68. I received a poorly put together cake. First off, I went over colors and flavor of the cake. The lady that took my order had me draw out how I wanted the cake on the order form and to put the exact location of where I wanted flowers put. WASTE OF TIME! When I picked up my cake, the all over color was WRONG, instead of 5 flowers, they put 2 total and there were patches of the cake showing where frosting was missing. The cake was supposed to be marble but I got one tier vanilla, and other tier chocolate. I was sooo beyond disappointed. The only good thing was that the cake was delicious. Whoever decorates, doesn't need to be there anymore, they do a poor job.

Bought a 2 teir birthday cake for my daughter's 9th birthday and it was crooked. I paid over $40 for this cake. Very disappointed. I always bought my cakes from H.E.B. This is the second time this year, I have not been happy with them.
