Authentic Transylvania food and Texas meat? Absolutely yes. One of the most unique experiences someone can have. It is sometimes a longer wait for the food? Maybe, but is worth every minute waited.nWe drive occasionally from DFW just to get some food.nWe also had him cater to our wedding and it was a blast!

Typically my experience here is always amazing. The owner is great and very friendly with great customer service. The food is FANTASTIC! I will say the people he hires should be reevaluated. I went there yesterday with my family and my DOG, typically most people bring their dog to outside places to get them familiar with being outside and it’s also apart of training your animal which I’m in the process of doing since he’s a puppy. The young woman taking orders was complaining to the customer in front of me how “she doesn’t understand why people bring their dogs everywhere and they just need to be left home especially if they can’t act accordingly”, as she was saying this my dog was the one barking which is what dogs do but she didn’t know she was speaking about me. It’s unprofessional to complain about something or someone to another customer. You don’t don’t know who is around and who can hear you.

Got the brisket grilled cheese, pepperoni grilled cheese, the chocolate sweet and one with ice cream. All were beyond expectations and absolutely delicious. The man who served us from the truck was absolutely delightful as well, customer service was also a 5/5.

I don't know what chimney cakes are supposed to taste like but if they're supposed to taste like these they are awesome.
