Michael and his team are the best! No nonsense whatsoever. A quick phone call, reservation thru a text message, a confirmation text the day before, a call 30min before arrival and that's it. They were so efficient I couldn't believe that they finished in such a short time. Last time when we used a moving company to move a studio they had half of the stuff and used twice the time than Michael. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are the BEST! My movers has canceled on me the morning of the move and these guys were able to come move me same day (only a few hours notice)! When they arrived they were efficient and handled all my items with care. Highly recommend this team.

In 2016 we ended our lease with our landlord and we purchased another home within the same subdivision in Cypress off Greenhouse; just another section. We were moving less than a mile away, however it was a 2 story home containing 6 people’s worth of stuff, so we hired 911 to move the bulk of our stuff. In the process, the movers weren’t exactly professional, but we could have overlooked that. The big issue was the fact that we had to repair scratches in the walls of the rental property that we were moving out of. Then there were scratches along the walls going up the stairwell in the new home as well as a damaged door frame, probably with the leather couch (formal living) that they also scratched the back of. They also ripped a hole (luckily in the bottom) of our mattress. They were not at all careful with our belongings and then while we filled our our paperwork at the end, the sweaty (and greasy from putting furniture together) sat on our unwrapped cloth couch (game room) which ended up being fine, but that just goes to show how careless they were and that they were willing to stain our furniture.nnI generally post all of my reviews on Yelp, because I trust it and can generally tell who is telling the truth based on the content and number of their past reviews. However, I didn’t originally post the review there because my husband posted it. I personally didn’t think it would be fair to give two reviews for the same move, so I left it alone. However, 4 years later, someone claiming to be the business owner (Roxanna, even though previously there was a Michael replying as the business owner) accused my husband on Yelp of being a fake reviewer who owns a competing moving company. We do NOT own a company, but I guarantee if we did, we’d work with a much higher level of professionalism than the movers and the business owners who try to make themselves look better by lying and making accusations on every negative review they receive. So, I went ahead and posted my review in Yelp for their dirty antics. Which Of course, she came back and also accused of being fake.nnTip for Roxanna and/or Michael: Own up to your mistakes, apologize, and try to make it right. That’s how you get repeat customers. If you had responded to the negative review FOUR YEARS AGO, we would have considered updating our review for your willingness to try and correct it. But you didn’t.

Pleasant, fast and professional. Would and will hire again. EDIT: DID hire them again and it was just as great as last time. Will definitely hire a third time.

Our original movers cancelled at the last minute and Michael and his team came to our rescue! It was a busy wknd but they fit us in at the end of the day. He kept in touch and kept us posted on his ETA. His team was very careful, very professional and did a great job. We will definitely be calling 911 movers on our next move.
