Went for a wedding, used the valet parking, we did that for the older passengers. Went to pay the bill gave the man behind the counter our card. Next day a 1800.00 dollar charge on our card. Called the hotel and told them what happened and we were reimbursed the money. I don't know if someone was fired for this or not, but I gave the card to one person
We stayed in a large room - very comfortable. It even had a small kitchen surprisingly well equipped, if you're staying for longer stays and don't want to go to the restaurant for every meal. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast - everything was delicious and in generous portions. The staff was very nice. I wished we'd stay more than one night...
I attended a wedding here, and the place redefines opulence. From the outside dining area, to the reception hall, and to the staff, it was a memorable experience.nnThis would be a great place to renew your vows, enjoy a Michelin class dinner, have a second honeymoon or to hold an event.nnThe staff were all extremely polite and very well trained, from the restroom attendant to the front desk staff, the bartenders and waiters and bus boys and girls.nnI've been to quite a few world class girls in my life and Hotel Granduca rates right up there with the best.nnNow along with five star service hours five star pricing. The least expensive room starts at $329 a night all the way up to the 3 bedroom super suite at $1,799 a night.nnBut when you stay at a place of this caliber, you're looking for the opulence and elegance.nnThe food was EXCELLENT, and of course it was designed to be a fun and happy event so there was an open bar as well.nnValet parking is available, and they even use a disinfectant on your car when you turn it over to them.nnFantastic experience and it made us feel like kings and queens.
Nice hotel, extremely lousy front desk service post-storm. No room make service, no water or ice available, insufficient personnel, etc. Lost an international flight for a total lack of help delivering a forgotten men's bag from Margarita at the front desk at around 7:00 PM on February 27th.
My first visit exceeded all my expectations. Upscale suite,Italian charm in uptown Houston. Love it.Palm trees,oranges trees in their garden,jacuzzi by the pool and good food make our short stay so nice.PS.Hotel give a free ride with their Maserati for nearby malls.Helpfull staff.
