Dr Sheldon had been vet for 4 years for our shepherd who requires eye drops to keep from going blind, for $20/wk. The same drops at Kroger are a 1/5th price, but require a prescription. He initially refused to write the script, and then offered to write a prescription fee for $50 every three months.nnWe opted to go to a different vet and asked for the records to be transferred. When the records were transferred the drops were removed from the records. The new vet said Advance denied ever prescribing the drops. When the new vet tried to call back the phone calls were not answered.nnIt seems Advance cared not for the dog's health, but only for the revenue. I have no tolerance for such a value system.
Very considerate to my dogs needs. Listen to my concerns over my dogs health issues. Will go back and do business with them again.
