Have some friends here, and let me say you need to lower your rent charge seriously at best your trailers are an $800 a month 3/2. I've seen mobile home parks at your current price that are 300% better at service and atmosphere. Face reality your economy at the park hasn't reached the financial gain you pocket every month. Fix it and a better review will follow. GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES.

I love hanging out with my friends in trailer park we wood go walking in the woods in the back and its a trail that leads to Jack Brooks , we go sometimes and its just a nice place to live!

ParkNation took over this mobile home park right before we decided to move. This is post Harvey. We were excited to get the lot we wanted but they went with the cheapest contractor to tear down the home left on the lot before us so we were left with a mud pit and embedded debris and ruts. We complained about it being unsafe for the kids & dogs and asked for dirt but they brought us gravel instead. Again I complained about how little the gravel covered And how we had to shovel the gravel ourselves because they never sent anybody over to level it like they promised. They said they will send us a second load but we have been waiting for about 3 months now. We have spent close to $1000 and will probably go over that on just filling the yard with dirt but they seem not to care since we are already moved in. It's pretty much a screw you, your stuck with us now so we don't have to cater to you situation. They only care about future residents and have multiple projects going on at once.nnOtherwise the neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are friendly. There are plenty of children for our kids play with.nnI do wish there was a Playground or splash pad for the kids in the summer. They could convert one of the unused lots into a play area or even put in a pool if they really cared about the happiness of the residents.
