Texas RV Park

Stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised with the park itself and management! This campground is pretty basic, but one of the cleanest, safest and quietest parks we’ve been to (and we’ve been to a lot!). Spots are level and large, hookups are nice and accessible, and the gated entrance/exit is a plus. The laundry room is AMAZING, very clean and roomy, not to mention cute. There’s also a fenced area for pets and a bath house. Only thing missing was a playground/area for the kids, but it’s location to plenty of kid friendly attractions make up for it. To top our experience off, the manager was very patient with me while I was making and changing 2 different reservations for different check in/out dates! If you need a nice clean, quiet place to park your camper, this is your park!

This is my favorite RV park I've ever stayed at, they are amazing and it's fully gated! If there was a problem and they had to shut water off, or the water pipes were damaged, they sent out a group text telling tenants what was happening, how they were working to fix it and how long it was estimated to take. We were staying there during the ice storm and power outages and they were amazing. They did everything they could to keep us updated on when we'd have power. We paid $20 for a month for every day trash pickup and they got it from our lot. The concrete slabs to park on are nice and spacious and there is an extra space added for you to park a second vehicle. There is a fenced in dog park with a picnic table, some tubes for dogs to run though and play, and a dog baggy station. We dropped our laundry off and paid them to wash, dry and fold our laundry which was absolutely amazing to have that option where we were already staying! The whole park is very clean and beautiful, the shower house is super nice and actually has locks on the door to get in and then a lock for each shower. I don't know why other places don't have that, but it was very nice to not worry someone was going to come in. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be staying here, it's beautiful and really reasonably priced! They gave us a little happy campers sign which I am in love with and they are so kind!

Nice park! Very and I mean very Clean the entire place is spotless. really enjoyed the laundry service and the hotspot they offered it is an additional charge but it’s definitely worth it. Sam, is great very friendly and always goes out of her way to get things done. Highly recommend this place I will call this home for a couple of months!

The manager/ owner of the property is very nice and respectful. They try to keep everyone up to date with any significant changes within the park. It's fairly priced, and they have a security gate that needs a code to get in. They have a showers available to tenants that are cleaned daily, and a laundry room. Very nice place.

They say home is where you park it and well I am so glad we parked here. This is truly one of my favorite parks. The gates are really nice makes me feel safe and secure along with the security surveillance throughout the entire park. I just love the longhorn in the front it’s just adorable along with the patriotic vibe the park gives you. The spot are large and leveled, all concreat with plenty of room so we’re not on top of our neighbors. The Dog park is really nice my dogs loved playing in inside the tubes. We really enjoyed the wash and fold service I don’t know what she uses but our laundry smells good for weeks. The prices are fair, Managment is very friendly and accommodating. She even recommended a few places for us to try. The entire Park is immaculate the laundry, bath houses and grounds were always clean. The laundry room is so cute and cozy makes me feel at home. The maintenance man George was very helpful in showing us to our site and backing up our RV free of charge in a breeze. They just made a future guest for as long as we're able to travel this will be our go to spot.
