I dont understand how the builders in my neighborhood giving yall the wrong meter info makes me responsible for charges. I understand I was under charged but I paid the bill I was given each month on time only to discover my bill has gone up 40 bucks while I'm trying to pay my most recent bill online without so much as a letter or a call. Its not right and it unfair but I can't refuse to pay it because I need water.

DO NOT MOVE TO TEXAS CITY! Water bills jump from $100 to $900 for one single month. Billing department is extremely rude.

The folks at the utility department & their drainage crew were “flat out amazing “!!!nnThey had the utility lines marked, then came out and replaced the clay drain and installed a washout on the city side. They were extra careful with my plants & yard. In addition, their expertise & work ethics were unparalleled. LJ, Wayne (the manager), Mondo & the rest we’re really good at what they do & I appreciate that.
