Considering how long it took to get an appointment, getting my Dr. license replaced was quicker than I expected. Was told the reason I could replace license on line was because I renewed it on line and you can't use online service 2 times in a row. The appointment process was well organized and fast, but make sure you have what is required for the service you want. About a third of the people who had appointments were not allowed in the building because they didn't have the right documents. If you have to go to a DMV, this one is a good choice.

I went on Thursday afternoon during the early afternoon and the entire process was excellent. I understood I would have to wait for a little bit outside (ended up being about 30 min), then inside waiting less than 10 minutes. Both women I encountered at the front door were very friendly, pleasant and helpful (I had come the day before as well, but had to come back because was too close to closing).nThe young man who helped me at counter 5 was very kind and professional as well.nnTIP!: I highly reccomened you come with your ORIGINAL birth certificate NOT A COPY, your ORIGINAL social security card NOT A COPY,nYour voter registration card and a utility bill.nYou can fill out forms there while you wait so you really dont need to bother doing that ahead of time.nnI was in and out in 1 hour time, no appointment. Just have all of your paperwork. ***If you're unsure if something is sufficient, bring extra/backup documentation! More is better than having to come back and complaining about something YOU could have helped.nnBe kind, give grace, and all will be will.nAs things continue to open up more, it will continue to be busier and busier here.nIf by some chance you're reading this and your license expires in a month or two, you NEED to go ahead and schedule appointment now. Appointments are already backed up over 1 month. As of March, no appointments until April.

Made an appointment online. Check in was quick. I wish I had seen you can download forms & complete them ahead of time. Other than that, it was quick & easy. My appt was at 4:30p, I checked in 30 minutes early & was on my way home by 4:30p.

The lady at the door was very attentive on 3/4/21. Her friendliness and knowledge about different services made a pleasant visit.

Making an appointment streamlined everything. You must bring your Social Security Card and Birth Certificate due to Federal Government Requirements to verify your Identity. I already did this last year so I didnt need to again.nI was there 20 minutes total to renew license.
