They were extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. I called simply asking for information on whether or not they could help me with an issue. The lady who answered immediately got an attitude and was extremely rude to me. She yelled at me and talked down to me. The entire time I remained calm and simply tried to get her to calm down and speak to me like a human being, but she never did. If you need help with something, call a different constables office. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.

I received HORRIBLE customer service when I came to this office!! The lady behind the desk was RUDE AND BELLIGERENT!! I went in to apply for an occupational License I had all my paperwork in order. She goes on to call and verify my insurance I gave her the agency number(that helped me find my insurance co.) to call instead of the direct number to my insurance company. The agency couldn’t get ahold to anyone so I took it upon myself to find the 800 number and get someone on the phone faster(because I had to go pick up my child from pre-school) when I told RS(her intials signed on the receipt,never got her name) that I had them on the line she INSTANTLY said THAT AINT GONE WORK(dripping with attitude) then goes on to say, THATS NOT THE NUMBER YOU GAVE ME AT FIRST. Oh no that’s not gone work!!! So she finally get someone on the line from my insurance company...after the agent verified my insurance she goes on to ask him, isnt it time for her to renew?? does she have a sr-22(while my copy of the sr-22 is sitting right in front of her) smh it’s sad that you can’t go to these public service places and receive good customer service!! She acted as though I DID SOMETHING TO HER BY COMING IN!!! This precinct office needs to give a course on proper customer service because the front desk clerks attitudes SUCK. Might I add the Friday of last week I went in to just get the app and the lady was rude then!! When I said thank you all she said was um um no you’re welcome or nothing!! If you people are going to work for the public you need to have the attitude as such!!!
