We have been at this park for over a year... After staying at multiple parks in Texoma this is by far the quietest, cleanest and safest feeling. It’s nice to be able to leave for a day or so and know that your property will be safe. We have experienced both the former and new management. The new management has been phenomenal and receptive to our concerns and needs. They are very responsive to resolving any concerns we have.
Unfortunately, I am forced to change my rating and review of this park. Since my original review, the park has changed hands. And not for the better. The new management has done nothing to address our concerns regarding loud unruly behavior, dogs running freely off leash, music so loud it shakes our windows, cars speeding through kicking up rocks and gravel. We're moving. Good luck!
Reasonable rates. Clean and quiet. Laundry room and showers, with more to come. Really comfortable feel, good energy, nice folks.
I pay 500 a month for gravel. Absolutely no shade at all. Only trees are against the fences. Only moved here cause I had no choice. Restrooms and wifi only good thing. 4 washers and 4 dryers for over 100 RV spots. Also trying to figure out why you would need a 50 deposit for a dog that is living in your rv?
Excellent after the week of the winter storm it held up and power was ever lost
