Nice place but we stayed two days. Upon arriving we went up to our room and the hallway was covered in what appeared to be carpet fresh. It smelled like cat urine and they left it there for our entire stay, possibly longer. Everytime we walked to our room my shoes would kick it up all over my legs which was especially disgusting when coming back from the pool. My little ones had it all over them and it kept making me sneeze. Housekeeping needs to step it up or be replaced. Management needs to do better inspections.
They were fantastic! The room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast each morning was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Staying there during the winter storm was great!
Had a great stay! Good rate and a very clean room. Highly recommended!
The staff were very unprofessional. We had a fantastic wake up call at 7am by the fire alarm and the staff just said “yeah this happens sometimes” the fire department showed up and still had the alarm going. We left at 9am due to the alarm causing migraines and nobody dealing with guest or answering any questions or giving any information. The beds were wore out, the breakfast was a ok selection but took 20 min due to just one employee helping guests. I can’t say anything more about how unprofessional and non caring the staff was. I will not be returning to this hotel.
Had an amazing suite here for me and my 4 little children.. The staff was so amazing and accommodating
