Like many families this week, my family and I found ourselves without electricity in the midst of the worst winter storm in years. Every hotel in the area was booked, and when my husband and I came to Comfort Suites with our 3 year old son, we weren't holding out much hope of finding a room. Tracy so generously went out of her way to help us out at a time when we were desperate for a warm place for our son. The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were so kind. We were driven to stay at Comfort Suites out of desperation to escape the cold, but the safe, welcoming atmosphere and beautiful room made our stay feel like a vacation! We are so appreciative and we will definitely be back!
I will definitely come back and stay here again. Two thumbs up for this hotel
Exhilarating and confortable stay top of the line largest luxury rooms and great customer service very attentive personnel
Good location, overall clean and large spacious room. Will certainly stay here next time I'm in the area. Wish pool was indoors, laundry is reasonable, $1.75 to wash and same to dry.
