Horrible, Probably the worst CVS in Plano.nTakes forever to get a RX. Even simple Z-Pack takes an hours to fill.nStuff is pretty rude. They are working very hard to show you that you are not welcome!nNever heard word “ Thank you”nThe only reason I am going to this location is the distance. Walking distance from our home

The cashier Monir has single handedly caused me to decide not to use this store anymore. Without fail, every time he is my cashier, he experiences some problem he cannot resolve without calling for help. He has no idea how to troubleshoot any coupon problems that CVS encourages us to use. He just shrugs and shows the error message on his computer as if that’s going to appease his customers. Whenever the young coworker comes and helps, it’s always some simple answer that Monir should have known and everything is cleared up. Even without coupons, Monir seems to come across some problem he can’t resolve without asking for help from a coworker. It is frustrating as a customer and I will be avoiding this store just because of the incompetence of this cashier.

Terrible experience in the pharmacy. Staff lack of experience, our doctor call to placed a prescription at leat 2 hours before we arrive and the staff haven't check the voicemail probably in the whole day.nWe have to wait for extra 40 minutes for them to clear the voicemail.
