Derrick is awesome!! I was able to switch my existing unit to a larger unit that was close by (two doors away), and all within one day and one visit. He even offered and took the time to show me where to get a dolly/cart to assist with transferring my furnishings BEFORE I inquired about it. It's not often that people go that extra mile to assist you so I'm grateful! Thanks for the excellent customer service!n...Update 10/20/2020...nI enjoyed the customer service at the facility (which is why I didn't give them one star); however, the owners/higher-ups should be ashamed of themselves for how they continually increase the monthly rates. In fact,, the final straw was when they increased my monthly rate to $125 from $80 something (already high enough) for a 5x10 climate controlled space (and during this pandemic, too)-so I quickly vacated the unit and moved to another facility for $53 a month!n....Extra Space Storage owners you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Everything about this location has been great. The unit I rent was clean and well maintained. I even received a free lock! Everything is well lit, clean, and looks well maintained. It seems very secure. I needed some help recently, when I called I spoke with Terimy. She was very helpful and took great care of me! It was a pleasure to speak with her, she was so friendly and seemed happy to help me.

Great place to pick up a few extra boxes, and bubble wrap for my recent move. I rented a unit here a few months back, and I was delighted to see that even during the pandemic this facility remains open

The rep assisted me so well. They took good care of me even within the call center. I received timely contacts, call backs; etc. I have a lot of new changes but they gave me a peace of mind and took one thing off my list of many things. Plus the rates are worth it compared to other places and experiences I’ve had before.
