Great management! I was moving from 2 states over and was having trouble with the online and they were too kind and willing to help me get my unit confirmed. Storage unit was nice and clean; great lighting. Highly recommended!
Cube smart on Rosemead had the best customer service that I have ever encountered! Kathryn was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very professional. She was able to answer all of my questions. It was a fantastic experience!
We love the place but it seems the trash can is not anyways accessible and is a pain to walk all the way to the office for someone to unlock it especially when your on a tight time frame. Nor was it very pleasant to get a call and threaten to be charged because you threw a trash bag on top of the dumpster because it was locked.nnStaff is pleasant most time. Very covid friendly. More than i want to pay but i feel my stuff is secure for now.
