They have the best day staff ever! They made me feel so comfortable. So attentive and on top of their service game for sure. That bow tied gentlemen at the front desk was everything! He can answer questions, make you a latte, and recommend a delicious snack without blinking an eye. I am a fan....
This hotel was perfect for my weekend get away with family! I cannot WAIT to come back. While it's affordable in price the ambiance of this facility is both modern and comfortable!
The location of the hotel was great. Not far from most of the restaurants and not far from the fields for our activities. As usual, when we arrive, we bring our own cleaning products and we check all beds by pulling back the comforter and sheets. We found hairs in both beds and in the sink. We then informed the front desk and we were moved to another room on the floor above. We removed all comforters and again found hair in the bed and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. When we stay out of town, we normally stay in a Hilton or Hyatt, but our sons team blocked hotel rooms at Cambria and he wanted to be with his teammates. When we stay out of town in a hotel, we want to be comfortable and we want to relax. I have to admit, the staff was friendly and courteous and the location was fantastic and that is the only reason I am giving this hotel two stars. I seriously doubt if we will ever stay at another Choice hotel brand.
We were lucky enough to book this hotel during SNOVID and we had a very comfortable stay. Each and every staff member were very friendly, the rooms were clean, internet was blazing fast (had to use for work), and the breakfast was pretty good.nnIf you are in the area and need a place to stay, I would highly recommend the Cambria! I am very picky when it comes to hotels, and this hotel was way above my expectations!
My niece was celebrating her 19th birthday and when making the reservation they never stated that you had to be 21 to have a reservation. We made the reservation and when her and her friends went to the hotel, they told them they were not allow to stay. She called her father and the hotel employee said they could not stay and the hotel reservation was canceled and told my niece her car was waiting outside.nnHow rude and poor service.nThey did not even try to work something out for the evening.
