Although, they are remodeling the lobby, I had a good experience here. The room was so clean, cozy and fresh feeling. The hotel was conveniently located to everything! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. In fact I came in kind of late one night from dinner and needed a tooth brush. The guy at the front desk jumped right on it and was so delightful. Highly recommend!
The hotel was amazing but the front desk overnight attendant was rude.
Outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, steakhouse across the parking lot, various restaurants and malls nearby. To go bags consisting of cheap individually packaged pastry, piece of fruit, and bottle of water are offered for free breakfast. Trust me, Hyatt Place better figure out how to bring back free breakfast because this To Go Bag is a cheap and inadequate substitute. Shower head and pillows were excellent.
When we first arrived on Friday evening we were notified that there was a plumbing issue and we may or may not have hot water. We decided to stick it out but after our 2nd night we discovered a HUGE cockroach (like the size of a golf ball) on Sunday evening in the room and when we killed it and let the front desk know they refused to refund our money because “it was after checkout time” and then refused to give me the manager’s name. Told me there was more than one and she had me wrote down my name and number and assured me the manager would call me instead. The way she treated me was utterly disappointing.nnI am a Hyatt Honors Rewards Member and I have never experienced anything like that before! I love Hyatt but I am not at all impressed with this location at all! If I don’t get a call and get it taken care of I will guess I will need to call corporate instead!
Clean and nice hotel, great big room and a unbeatable rate.
