ZERO STARS!!! Worst service I have ever received from a company putting on a Presidents Club for top sales and operations people. They act like we, the actual winners of the trip, are a nuisance and it is about them. Greg Slaight could not be more rude, forgot my transfer from the airport, decided it was his decision when I did activities on MY trip, Wayne unfortunately is not any better. I would recommend putting on your own event before ever considering using them. Neither of them should be in the service industry and definitely not when you are there to wow and provide for the winners/guests. I don’t write bad reviews often at all as I like to give people a chance, this is more than deserved and after speaking to many of my colleagues, they are in complete agreement on the absolute poor treatment from both Greg and Wayne. Go elsewhere for your meeting and event needs.nnYour welcome!
