Reserved a room hotel called and canceled a week 3 weeks before my stay. Was told a guest wanted to extend their stay. Called customer support, they stated the property owner said the same. They informed him he would have to replace my reservation. He said he would, checked a week later and no reservations. Called customer care again they said the last agent failed to document the problem. Now the property owner claims it was overbooked at the time of booking. A whole different issue that would not be his fault. They say they can do anything now 2 weeks short of my stay. All to appease some oil company. Now rates are twice as much everywhere else. Dont run the risk they dont care about honoring their word.
A little mix up in reservations. Could had been my fault. I was a little concern about previous reviews but the hotel and staff was great. We would return any time.
Really enjoyed my stay here.
Highest place for pet, fridge was leaking so placed in next room. Beetles is both rooms about 3/4 inch gap at bottom of door and no amenities by the way other then wifi so if you want to get charged alot for a 1 start place go right ahead I think I will start finding a babysitter for my dog when I'm down here for work and stay at the Hampton since it's the only place that is nice to stay at while in Carizo springs. Best western charges 20 a night for a dog so i would go there if you have a dog and you're in the area. I just don't like the front desk people. Oh and they will not clean your room while there. You will have to ask for anything
