The Best Western is like my 2nd home I'm always traveling for work. The front desk and housekeeping are very friendly. I would definitely recommend people to stay there. The only thing I didnt like on my recent stay was that room above me kept me up from 1am to about 4am they were kids running and stomping so loud so I called front desk and they told me that there was a group of people who came down for a wedding but other than that my stays are great with peace and quiet.
Always love this place, all the guest and staff are so nice almost like a 2nd family.nnThe only down fall that I saw this time around was the wedding that they had come in to stay. The wedding party seemed extremely rude, verbally abusive and refused to wear their mask. There were kids (small)kids running in the parking lot with out adults around. They would drink beers and just throw the can at the building.
The service was the rudest and poorest I have ever encountered. Would never recommend this hotel. The service desk attendant Carolina was so rude I was embarrassed with all the guests that we had staying there fir our event which was a wedding. I could go into great detail but it would 3 pages it’s not worth my time.
For me to be 2 hours out of San Antonio this was the greatest hospitality that I've experienced
Super nice place. No, semi paring but, truck stop right down the road to drop a trailer at.
