Heather Fukuchi was so helpful to work with while planning my trip to Cancun. I was part of a wedding group which stayed at Palace Resorts. Heather helped with all our bookings and made sure all our transportation from the airport was scheduled upon our arrival. She was amazing at explaining the process, ensuring we had the best flight options and lowest cost at the resort. WE also received helpful emails along the way (about prepping for international travel, packing, etc.). I'd definitely recommend using Bliss Tavel for more complicated travel plans.
Super respectful down to earth fun energetic over all just a wondeful person deep down i would recomend bliss travel to friends and family
