This location was NOT pandemic friendly. No one was wiping down tables or keeping up with the self-service coffee area the entire time I was there. It was a mess, and the self service coffee area (which shouldn't even be a thing right now) was really gross. I stuck around for 3 hours while hanging out with a friend and not ONCE did an attendant go out onto the floor to sanitize. There was a TON of foot traffic too and the customer service was non existent. Even one of their ovens caught on flame and no one seemed to care...lol . Not cool Einsteins.
Love the customer service. Always being proactive to check the back when baskets are empty. Great Lox and flavors of bagels. Good menu options with Gluten Free items.
i used to love this location, very convenient for office orders as they right up the street from the business park. however, they are slow to adapt to COVID appropriate adjustments such as individually wrapping or packaging bagels for bigger breakfast ordera. chick fil a, starbucks, and even mcdonalds can accommodate no problem. but einsteins seems to be a little flustered by our new normal unfortunately!
Used the app to order, and was ready when I arrived. Very nice breakfast box and free coffee! Some locations do not use the app though
Love their bagel sandwiches. Only problem is some of their best bagels (like green Chile , jalapeño cheddar) run out by noon so make sure to grab it early in the morning
