Custom made cupcakes had bakers curly hairs in 2 of 8 cupcakes. They didn't even apologize nor offer to replace. Management is horrible as well

We love Gigi's cupcakes. This visit was getting cupcakes for a small family gathering we had the triple b(bacon, bourbon, and ?), strawberry shortcake, chocolate peanut butter truffle(my fav) and the chocolate chip cookie dough, oh and red velvet minis(I'll have to go by my mother-in-law's reaction I personally don't like red velvet - pretty sure she loved it). Most were well received the only one I can remember not ready liking was the chocolate chip cookie dough it was ready dry and bland. Not from this visit but I also tried the wedding cake and it seemed bland as well, cant remember if it was the icing, the cake, or both. We've also tried the Pumpkin something or other my husband absolutely loved it.

I tried their box of 20 mini cupcakes and OMG so delicious. Would definitely go back.
