Downloaded the app to order ahead of time and pick up in drive thru. They were out of the bagel I wanted for my sandwich, but were super apologetic and made suggestions for other options which all sounded great. Very polite staff, fast service, food was fresh and very tasty. First time at an Einstein Bros and I’ll definitely be back.
I really like Einstein Bros. The bagels are always fresh and very tasty. Something has to be done with the drive through. It is painful slow and has been since I started going here 5 years ago. They had 4 people working yesterday and I had to wait about 5 minutes to just place the order in the drive through. If you want good food, they are your choice, if you want a quick pick up on your way to work, may want to go somewhere else.
Great and professional staff. Always friendly and super attentive. For a chain, they make getting my breakfast in the morning like going to the neighborhood local spot. Appreciate you guys!
They're able to handle my random 75-100 bagel orders without batting an eye so thats cool. Staffs pretty nice for the most part. Oh and the associates love when I come in with those bakers dozen boxes..I tend to get them the fancy ones lol
I am a regular at Einstein bagels, weekly 1ce at-least. I ordered through the mobile app and went in for the pick up also noticed that there was a huge crowd in the drive through. My order was ready with my bagels and my favorite caribou coffee.nnDang, when I got back into my car with my fiend driving back home, opened the parcel with a burnt bagel rather than toasted. Very disappointed but got a refund through rewards via my tweet responded by @einsteinbros which is really goodnnWould have been a 5 star if my food was prepared carefully. Thank you Einstein.
