Quality is decent, price is tolerable, but the service is a bit dicey. I've ordered from here through courier services and half the time they've packed the hot food and completely forgotten the donuts... Like, come on, the donuts? The thing you're based on? Will say the drinks are consistently good, which is nice, and the plant-based options are delicious. 3/5 for ordering - go pick it up yourself to ensure you get everything you paid for.
Service at the drive through is friendly and great. Loved her , the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that she did not cover her nose with her mask. Otherwise, fantastic.
How does Dunkin' stay in business with their not fresh donuts and pre-made coffees? My kids got gift cards so we went. The worst donuts, literally. They are cold, not even room temperature. The Korean donut shops are much better. At least they get up early to make the donuts fresh and they taste like it.
Overall my experience was okay. It wasn’t that good though however, the donuts felt like they had been sitting out all morning and the costumer service was very bland since there was not a lot of joy. Over all this place was fine as it’s not the best location I have seen but it’s a good place to chill and it’s very quiet. However, good place.
Great service. Went inside to order, they were moving quickly.
