Sheree is amazing and very knowledgeable about all things travel! She is also great at matching your personality and travel style with the right cruise/resort/destination.nnShe helped my husband and I plan our honeymoon and we had the most wonderful time! The owner of Ocean Blue has been incredibly helpful explaining the ins and outs to someone who's never been on a cruise before.nnShe's helping us find destinations, departure times, and packages that best fit our budget. We've made her go back and check or change details several times which she does happily.nnShe's even helping us figure out how to get the most ban for our buck from excursions and from drink packages.nnWhether you want to see the Bahamas or the Baulkins, they can help you from beginning to end!

Very poor service, rude treatment and nasty attitudes. My friend and I attended the Travel trade show and the ladies ignored me when I first approached to ask a few questions. At first I overlooked the behavior but when the one women pulled out her phone in the middle of my question and walked away that was the final straw. It’s very unnecessary to treat anyone with that type of behavior and I wouldn’t send my dog to patronize their business. The foul attitudes actually lost them a 80 person group cruise for a family reunion. Due to the amount of arrogance this may not be enough commission for this agency. Hopefully this will be taken as a lesson learnt considering the cruise was paid for in full today. The agency we chose to deal with clearly attended the customer service course this place either skipped or slept through.
