They to this day don't have a 24 hour pharmacy or a minute clinic. The staff are great.nThe store need to update itself by offering a 24 hour pharmacy and a minute clinic.nnIts 2021, not the dark ages. People need to travel to go get meds at night over 50 miles for Dentons 24 hour pharmacy.nHire a night pharmacy group already.

Travis at this location with cashier #1755940 is a very incompetent employee. I purchased what I thought was advil cold and sinus liquid gels. I even gave him the card that stated liquid gels on it. When I got to my car I wanted to take one so that it could start taking effect as I was very sick. Then I realized he gave me the wrong product. I went back and now he tells me he cannot take it back as it is a behind the counter item. I stated that the card I gave him, which was still on the counter was liquid gels and not caplets, but even then he refused to exchange it even in a sealed box. It is also disappointing to see that he had headphones in and is not focusing on doing his job properly. Learn from my mistake and make sure the incompetent employee behind the counter gives you the right product.

Terrible service. People nothing friendly (employees don’t care about you) and took more than 30 minutes just to get one medicine prescription.

How pathetic. I rarely come in to this store because the staff does NOT care about ANYONE!!! I have to wait in line for the front store for 20 minutes to get checked out every single time. While Walgreens isn't great.... It sure is a heck of a lot better this. Never again CVS ON UNIVERSITY!

It seems maybe the pharmacy is understaffed? They are incredibly slow. Both inside and at drive through. Getting them to answer phone is challenging as well. I had problems getting rx transferred from other CVS for this reason. Should have been simple but wasn’t. Cashiers up front are friendly and helpful but pharmacy could use improvement for sure!
