The first person I talked to was really nice. But...nnDavid, a registered pharmacist at this location, is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. When I came up he was picking up the phone to call a doctor's office and the conversation went like this:nnDavid: we have a prescription here without a strength.n...nDavid: That doesn't answer my question. Are you listening me? What's the strength?n...nDavid: still haven't answered so question 1, are you listening at all, 2, what strength?n...nDavid hangs up.nnAt this point, I was a little nervous about how our interaction would go.nnHe got peeved at the fact I didn't give him my coupon when he asked for insurance and was generally perturbed throughout our interaction.nnI really hope he's just having a bad day. I can't imagine Anyone living with that much anger and frustration on a day-to-day basis. Particularly someone who interacts with the public constantly.nnPrices are good, seems like other people are nice, I have no idea how David still has his job.

Horrible customer service. Instead of explaining things to the customers and telling them what information they need. Or trying to contact the actual insurance company to help the consumer.

All employees that i have encountered have been very nice and will tell u on what aisle the product I'm looking for is on. If i can't find it they will take me to it.nThis is what customer service is all about

Want to give a ZERO .Tried to get perscription filled at kroger on university. Krogers claims they didn't get order.My doctor electronically sent RX twice and faxed it over three times. krogers claims they haven't received it (even after MD office called pharmacy). What Sorry customer service. Go elsewhere if you can.

3 days 4 trips to get prescription, the worst place I’ve ever been. Have a seat in our dirty chairs, no thanks! So ugly I will never visit this kroger again!
