Yes, Zan is a very nice lady and me and my sister have known her for years.nnThe reason why this place gets a 1-star is because the service is very, very, terrible! I cannot seem to understand why I lose packages in the mail--just a few weeks ago, my sister mailed a bill off to a local company here in Denton, and they STILL haven't received it!!! Why is this happening to us??? I try calling them--they won't pick up! Well, what's the sense in having a phone if you won't answer it?? This is absolutely deplorable! And they can get away with it just because it's a government institution, but we're not supposed to mess with mail property! Plus, were CONSTANTLY getting other people's mail in OUR mailbox after I wrote a note telling them this is OUR address-'Jane Doe' does not live here, but they just ignore it thinking that WE should be contacting other businesses about the change of address!!! You would think that they should be able to read!! Good grief--I have absolutely no trust in this post office!!--I HATE dealing with them!!
This place is horrible.. I have been waiting for a package for almost a week and it keep change the expected time for delivery every day.. 3 times a day to be exact
They don’t like to help I talk to the manager forgot his name and he told me to call back this evening because he had customers in front of him
Been going here for years. Everyone is really nice and if there is a line it goes fast.
