Super positive experience! Cannot say enough about the permit technicians at the front. These technicians--Carolyn, Corey, Candace, Candy and Andres truly make the difference in Denton. Tip of the hat to the City of Denton for hiring amiable, caring and experienced professionals to facilitate the permit process! And the City Fire Inspectors---Clint and Megan were also very prompt about answering questions and really worked to make the process seamless. #DentonProud

Arrogant, not knowledgeable, unsatisfactory customer service, etc.nnI have had multiple inspectors on my properties and they are the worst I have ever received.nnI would recommend a private inspector, but then the city would turn it down and get their inspectors to come and fail you. So you waste money there, I don't have any recommendations except to build elsewhere.nnMajor changes are needed in this department.
