Cares more about protecting companies rather than providing a defense for an employee from an abusive and offensive work environment. No justice is done towards the unreasonable and irrational employers. This goes for most Human Resources out there. But the Human Resources, specifically in Denton, did not place any value in my mother’s words about the injustice and offensive treatment she faced from her supervisors. Didn’t even place any attention towards the fact that her supervisors falsified her performance review just so that they could fire her for no good reason, other than for jealousy on their part.
