I had seen a few rats walking around on my roof so assumed I had a rat infestation. I called Get Smart on the recommendation of a few friends who had used their services. Brandon showed up on time, checked things out, and provided a lot of education about rats that I appreciated. He then told me that I don't have a rat problem. He then provided more education and spots to pay attention to on my property that would be signs of rat activity in the home. He could have sold me any rat control plan in that moment but instead was honest, helpful, and kind in his approach, all free of charge! I highly recommend Get Smart!!! I hope I never have a rat problem, but if I do, Get Smart will be the first and only company I call for help.
These guys are amazing! They were punctual, efficient, always available for questions and concerns. The communication was clear and most importantly, the job was done extremely well! I recommend Get Smart for all of your crawlspace and pest control needs!
This is a small family owned local company who know their stuff and are very reasonably prices for services. 100% recommend them.
I had a very satisfying experience! I had already called multiple companies, but this was the only one that got back to me in a timely manner and was willing to provide me a weekend initial inspection due to my busy schedule! The expert that came to my home, Asher, was very knowledgeable, respectful, and timely, and laid out all the options for me that made sense. The follow ups were also great! The owner of the company, Brandon, made sure to provide his best judgement and was willing to work with me not only on a schedule but financially as well. And Amber was wonderful to speak with and she made sure to keep me up to date on all the information regarding my services with the company! And they are a local, family-based company! I highly recommend them!
