If I could give zero stars I 100% would. I have been up there 4 times now and every time I go up there they say something is missing or wrong. I get what EXACTLY what they asked for and come back. Nothing leaves the vehicle so I still have everything I had on the previous trip. But it always seems to be the same story. “That we can’t continue because of this” The communication in this particular tax office is so poorly regulated that not a single person in there obviously knows the rules or regulations in which it takes to perform the duties of their job. I know this because all four times I have been up there they have had to ask their supervisor for help. They have now cost me a total of eight hours of work and who knows how much money in fuel. But yet the desk clerk laughs when I tell her that their communication is poor and I need to work on it.

We recently went to another Tax Office and the service there was not the greatest... But the Denton County Tax Office gave us amazing costumer service! Helped us with all our questions and we were able to get everything done. They also have Spanish speakers if needed.

TRULY impressed with the process and the gal who helped me. She was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable.

Mailed my forms.. put a money order with it.. wasn’t sure what to put it to pay to.. so left blank.. apparently somebody needed $3 so bad they stole the money order then tried to tell me it wasn’t in the envelope. Had to drive here to pay it. Ridiculous. Don’t care about the $3 but it’s the principle of the matter.
