My husband ordered me some flowers from Martha’s Florist for my birthday. They were absolutely beautiful and lasted a few weeks . I would recommend them !
The flowers were beautiful but the arrangement was horrible. I called and reported it and I was told that the bouquet was prepared the day before and maybe the driver had an accident. She did not want to do anything to accommodate how horrible the arrangement looked. Then I started to get an attitude and I was told, if I would bring them to the shop that she would rearrange them for me. So I took the bouquet to the shop and the bouquet was rearranged. The flowers were more neater but I had less flowers and some of the flowers appeared older and dying around the edges. This was my first time purchasing flowers from them. I will not be purchasing from them again.
Manager Sharon is awesome! I needed a single Lily and she had a variety of color options! I called ahead and she was so sweet. We will be coming back!
