I started going to Sabrina because my mom and my aunt use her for taxes and everything has been fine the past couple years I have been filing but now I am needing her assistance she filed my taxes incorrectly for 2017 and I am in cosmetology school and needing an amendment and I spoke wit her briefly and asked for another copy of my tax return since the one I had was damaged and no response been calling for 2 weeks now I explained to her what was needed she stated she would send it to me but still have gotten nothing! And now I don’t have my financial aid at school and I am not able to return until I resolve this and graduation is literally around the corner for me I am extremely hurt because anybody can put on a facade and “act” professional and act about they business but these times are what matter how are you in a situation like This and I am highly disappointed in her and irritated and I wont be using her services for my taxes again don’t need something like this happening again and I can’t get in touch with her will not be recommending anyone else to her either

Been going to Sabrina for 10+ years and never had a problem with anything. Sabrina is an awesome person. If you need taxes done go see her in Dallas.
