We came in to this location once to pay off our car early, and were helped right away. Recently, we had an issue with a UPS store not having a notary. We came into this location, and the same kind woman that helped us before came out to help us (I really wish I caught her name). She told us that she was a notary, but that because we wanted a will notarized she couldn’t do that because they were a bank. This makes sense. She then took it upon herself to call another UPS location for us and make sure that they had a notary available for us. This was great customer service, regardless of us using their services that day. Thank you!

I would recommend not taking checks from Chase bank customers. They refused to cash a reimbursement check because of the amount. I will be sure to put a sign up in my lobby.

Great place, always very quick and on point and they remember me from the few times I have gone in. This particular branch seems to be even more on point as well!

I opened a Business Account here a few months ago. My agent Aaron was very helpful, even followed up after the account was open shortly after to see if everything was OK. Since, I've emailed 3 times with no response to have him help with a question about a fee. Disappointing service after the sale

Went to get a cash advance. My DL was recently expired, but there is a 90 day extension for Wyoming licenses due to Covid. I’ve successfully completed multiple cash advances at other banks with the expired license, EVEN AT OTHER JP CHASE BRANCHES. In Bountiful, they said their system wouldn’t allow it. There’s a state issued 90 day extension for my license—it’s technically not expired. I haven’t been able to get a renewed hard copy due to COVID restrictions. This is corporate banking at its finest. Just find a small hometown bank, you’ll be happier.
