Nice little place, friendly staff. There were a few minor problems with the room, but nothing major. I accidently forgot some paperwork in the room when I left, the staff called me and arranged speedy delivery to my stop via USPS. Saved my butt! Thanks again so much!
Owner was nice city was full of crack heads though but the owner did tell them to leave
Seems like a nice place. They are doing a lot of remodeling bringing it up to date. Nice owners.
If I could leave no stars I would. Booked and paid online, when I got there to check in I had to pay another $50.00 deposit and $15.00 a night for my pets on top of the 115.00 I paid for 2 nights. The only reason I choose this location is because it was pet friendly and did not mention and of the extra charges upon checking in. And then on top of the room being dirty and smelling bad the bed was hard as a rock if not harder. Arouny 2pm of the 2nd day, I had a family emergency and need to leave ask them if they could at least refund some of the money for that night plus the $30 for the dogs since they would not be there that night and they flat out refused to refund any of it. I will not ever stay there again. The front desk people were rude and offensive. I don't care if I have to sleep in my car or under a bridge, you couldn't pay me to return I this place, oh and not to mention the roaches that was in the bathroom and sink areas.
Since then Express Inn has refunded the money.nnMany, many big roaches, everywhere, inside and outside, using the a/c unit as a door. Already paid, no refund. We ran for the hills & called it a loss. Was there for 5 minutes.....
