Sam is amazing. I came in looking to get an auto loan and she was patient and thorough. She answered all my questions and made sure to let me know what I needed. I realize that there are mixed reviews at this location but if you get Sam then you are in good hands.
Went here to cash a check. I have been to this location multiple times and cashed checks here before through the drive thru. I went there today and the supervisor was completely useless said I couldn’t cash my check because it was too high of an amount. So I would have to wait until their lobby opened. I have never had this issue before. Now there is a hold on my check and I can’t even cash it which I’m pretty sure she did. I have a sick dog I need to take to the vet, car bills, rent to pay. It’s ridiculous I will never go to this location again. If I were you I would bank anywhere but here.
The other 1 star reviews on here are miss leading. I personally had the pleasure of working with Sam. Who got my auto loan all squared away and took the time to call me and update me at every point in the process. SAM DESERVES A RAISE I hope I get to hire an employee as amazing as her one day.
