Awful experience. Our first room had water running from the ceiling onto the toilet.nMy parents room hadn't been cleaned and the bed had been slept in. The front desk brought them wet sheets to make their own bed with.nWe were moved to a new room that had chips on the pull-out sofa bed and there was no bedding for it. The king bed had a blood stained comforter.nWe will not be going back and likely will avoid LA Quinta in general.
Will not be staying here again. The room was over priced. Was told one price then went to make a reservation and it went up $20. We were also told the pool would be open March 10th. Got there and the pool was closed. Looked like no one had even cleaned up around it! There was trash and broken glass everywhere! The shower had little hot water the second night! Never again!
Wrote a review describing a horrible stay involving LEFTOVER THROW UP FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS ON OUR BEDFRAME AND SHEETS. Now being notified that they are disputing our compliant AND they deleted previous review instead of owning up to lack of proper management. Horrible and DO NOT recommend this dump.
I had a very bad experience. I ask to have the manager call me - never did. I filled out a survey with all the details and still no call. I am not sure why La Quinta is now sending me a survey link to post feedback publicly, but sure I will.nnThe room was dirty, the TV remote broken, they were checking people in but not recording the room so we had three people try to get into our room after midnight. The third person actually opened the door at 12:40. It’s a pretty upsetting experience to be woken by the sound of someone coming into your room.nnOther people we were traveling with did not get the room type they requested and were checked into dirty (really dirty ) rooms. The property is not being maintained. Their neglecting building maintenance as well as daily upkeep.nnI think it speaks volumes that no one has contacted me and I assume it’s because they don’t care. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
This hotel has changed tremendously since we stayed here last year. My father-in-law passed away so we had to stay for 5 days to attend the funeral. During our stay, what appeared to be an aggressive homeless man harassed us out in the parking lot. The aroma of Mary Jane can also greet you during evening hours. Our last day there, I went to get breakfast tacos and witnessed a fight in the lobby between 4 hotel guests and employees. Three police cruisers came to intervene. I don’t like to generalize but would say that we often witnessed several people who appear to have a drug addiction around the premises during evening hours. Im giving two stars because our room was clean.
