Cake was small for what my niece paid for but came with cookies.But was well decorated. Only thing is this is twice my sister has got them and they have been late to deliver cake.We had to wait on them to start baby shower.They said they be there at 1 and then called and they said be 1:30.And still no cake at 1:30 and my niece texted and called and no reply. They showed up alittle over 2 o'clock which was the time the baby shower started.I surely wasn't happy to see my niece upset on her day.So unprofessional to make someones baby shower run late.

This place shines, with its desserts. The cupcakes are incredibly good. In particular, we really like the Reeses, and the Wedding Cake ones. Sandwiches are nothing special, they're good, just something we all make at home. Good news though, they are thinking seriously about doing baked potatoes, and maybe toasted hot sandwiches. I hope they do both.

Best. Cupcakes. Ever.nnThey have different flavors and different specialties throughout the week. Red Velvet, Coconut, German Chocolate, Maple bacon, and many more. They can also do specialty cakes with some pretty amazing designs. We had them do a gender reveal cake for our first child and it was pretty good.nnI would consider them for any special event that you need a cake. Or treat yourself to a cupcake during lunch.

We reserved Flour Power, in February, for a wedding in November, based on reviews that the cupcakes were ‘delicious’ and that they are a local company.nnWell, the customer service with this company is the worst I have ever dealt with! Communication was spotty at best. Calls & texts were not responded to in a timely fashion, or at all in some instances. My daughter was told to come in at a certain time to complete her selection. When she arrived the cashier told her that Kim was too busy to meet with her. Later, Kim’s response was that “they get people all the time that say they have appointments but don’t”, but he never checked with Kim (my daughter said she was in the back)nto confirm if there was an appointment or not!nnEven though we confirmed a 430 set up the week before, and she told my daughter they’d be there by 330, she said she had it down for 6pm. When it came time for our special event, we called at 345 to find out where the cupcakes were....they were still working on them! Our delivery was almost an hour late. Arriving in the middle of the ceremony.nKim did not bring them, she sent her husband who was going to drop & run. Our wedding planner (Shauna Pittman, she’s awesome) was there and made sure he did the set up that was included in our pricing! Not even an apology for the mixup in time! At least not to me or my daughter!nnYou never know what you’ll get with flavor because that can change from one batch to another, so I don’t judge on that, but Customer Service, if it had been up to me, we would have gone somewhere else!nnWeddings are stressful enough!nPaying an extra delivery fee or picking them up from somewhere else myself,nwould have been worth it!
