6 hrs and counting. Waiting on my prescription to be filled. It was sent at 8am, I called at 11 to check on it, they said it would be ready at 2. It is now 2:40 and they told me to give them an hr. I’ve never had this happen anywhere before. Not even other Kroger’s.

The female pharmacist fails to fill prescriptions written by Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, which has resulted in a delay in my patients getting their medications.nnEven after I called explain Texas Pharmacy Law to her she refused to fill prescriptions for patients. I would expect Kroger Pharmacists to keep up with their training on something this simple.

Pharmacy staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They have embarrassed me in front of other customers, and even called out a prescription of mine to me where others around could hear. That’s a violation on its own. HIPPA. Very disappointed.

Patrick Fuchs only fills opiod prescriptions for right wing friends. His father at city Drug filled mine my whole life. Told me I would never get off them as I was too damaged. Then John Fuchs died. His son lost the drug store and went to Krogers and filled my opiod prescriptions for 2 decades. After I had open heart surgery he refused to fill anymore for no reason. I've had OD's. No arrests. He is right wing nutbag and has used his position to do what he pleases. I strongly suggest people use another pharmacy.
