The staff was amazing with customer service. The wait time was very short. They has good bedside manners. The doctors and nurses don't keep u waiting in a room a long time before being seen and very professional. Mainly they listen to your concerns and respectfully reply to it and address it. They makes u feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Great and very caring staff ! Wonderful people working there. Our visit was quick and the male nurse that was there explained to us very well what we needed to do. I can definitely tell he has a passion for his job!! Dr there also had awesome bedside manner! First time there though we were self pay but definitely will seek care there in case of another emergency .

Staff was nice. They make you wait in the car till their ready. This was my first test and it was definitely NOT 15 seconds. I feel horrible. My girlfriend went to the other ER in Angleton and tested positive for covid and flu. Please make sure they leave it in and twist for 15 seconds each nostril. I got a false negative.

Staff was wonderful. They got me back very quick. Overall experience was great.nOnly complaints - the fees they billed to insurance are absolutely outrageous and they charged me for 2 days because the Dr kept me after midnight even though I was only there for 6.5hrs.

UPDATE: Upon reading the review below, Dr. Massey contacted me personally to ensure I was taken care of, and called me in cough medicine. He expressed his desire for Angleton ER to be a place in which patients receive the best emergency medical care and his initiative to ensure the facility maintains this standard.nIt’s a good day when everyone can accept that not everyday is a good day, but when we work together, right the wrongs, everyone benefits.nThank you again Angleton ER, Dr. Tran, and Dr. Massey. It meant the world to me to know my health matters!nnWhen I went this past Saturday for a COVID test, I didn’t know it was by appointment only. The front desk was extremely nice and accommodating seeing how sick I was. I explained my sister, brother in law, and dad were all positive and I was taking care of my dad.nDr. Tran was one of the best ER doctors I’ve had. He answered my questions and when he came out to the car he expressed his concerns about my dad and how I could continue to help him. He said just call if I needed anything else or come back.nUnfortunately, my entire family was hospitalized shortly after- including my dad that is still there.nI am working to avoid that and so when Day 5 (2/3) and this incessant cough wouldn’t stop, I called to ask for something for cough. The desk transferred me to the nurse at 1:12 pm. I explained the situation; she asked if I was short of breath and I said no and my oxygen has remained at 98- I just need help with this cough.nShe asked if she could place me on hold... at 1:28pm the call hung up.I called back and when I was transferred to the nurse again, she cut me off sounding annoyed and stated, “The doctor is in a procedure. I can’t speak to him right now.” She never even asked my name and it seemed as if she thought she had told me this. I said, “Oh; I’m sorry the call disconnected.” She huffed and repeated herself and I said I was sorry. She asked for my last name and said I’d receive a call back. I again said, I’m sorry but thank you very much.” She responded “Yeah mhmmm,” and hung up. I never got that call.nnI share this because I called everyone from my job that’s sick and told them this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an er facility. I actually said that I didn’t feel like just another patient with a number. When this nurse, who probably was having a bad day herself, dismissed me and made me feel as though my call was an inconvenience, it disheartened me. In times like these, we all need a little extra patience and concern.nnAgain, I never got a call back, and if it was out of place for me to call, I understand. I felt Dr. Tran meant what he said when we spoke, and Robitussin just isn’t working. I am now in Day 6... and trucking through because someone has to get my family from the hospital and that’s me.nI didn’t call back because I don’t know that a call would be welcomed. So, I wrote this to say, thank you for all of the long hours and work you all put in. As a teacher, it does not go unnoticed. We are surrounded by people all day every day and it’s not easy for anyone. I know we all have rough days, but I do hope this can be a small reminder that everyone is struggling and maybe try not to be so dismissive in the future. Stick to what you say. Call if you say call. Be understanding. Listen. Thank you again
