I received a walker from this company through the hospital after surgery. I have two insurances and about six months later I received a bill from them. I couldn't understand why. First they told me Medicare wouldn't pay, I called medicare and found out the company never billed them. I spoke with the company again about the bill. They said they would look into it. But about another six months I received the bill again. I wrote them this time and told them they need to bill my insurances. I never heard from them again until they turned it over to a collection agency. This is not a good company and to anyone that have medicare you should not deal with them because they should inform the hospital not to use patient that has insurances. I was able to pay the bill but it may not be the same for someone on a fix income. I'm filing agreement with the BBB. I never had any company do this to me before.
We were in the office of the Medex PSI store, medical supplies equipment store, on San Pedro today. Soupy, the manager, was more than helpful. He was friendly, informative and gave us outstanding customer service. I would recommend that anyone who needs medical equipment to go to this store, ask for Soupy (his real name). They will bend over backwards to make sure your experience with them is a pleasant and happy one.
