Hello,nI have been receiving dental procedures from Dr. Croley since 1981. I have had crowns, porcelain crowns, as well as implants replaced. I would recommend young and older patients. His staff is caring and very professional.nRegards,nKenneth Wise

My family have been patients of Dr. Croley's since 1996. We have had numerous procedures done over the years which include root canal therapy, crowns and routine cleanings. He has always taken the time to explain procedures to us and is very caring. Rarely do we ever have to wait and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

STAY AWAY!! Dr. Croley recommended that a root canal be performed and a crown placed on two of my teeth, and that a post/core be placed in both teeth and a gingivectomy performed, and charged me upfront for everything. After the initial phase of the root canal procedure I experienced pain and sensitivity, and was told by Dr. Croley that he was unable to perform the procedure and I would need to see a specialist. Due to my extremely long roots, he should never have attempted to perform the root canals, and should have referred me to a specialist from the beginning. I then saw an endodontist who said there was so much nerve tissue left in my teeth that it was as if a root canal had never been performed. I later informed Dr. Croley’s office that I did not want to have the crowns put on my teeth there, and that I wanted a refund for the work that hadn’t been performed yet; then Dr. Croley filed the case with his malpractice insurance. Then the endodontist recommended that although I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Croley, it would be best have the crowns put on by Dr. Croley because he had prepared my teeth for them. When I called Dr. Croley to discuss this option, the office manager refused to speak to me because of the “pending legal situation.” The dentist who eventually did put the crowns on stated that neither the posts/cores nor gingivectomy were medically necessary in my case. Dr. Croley decided to refund only the amount billed to my insurance, which is less than the amount of the failed root canal procedures, and does not include any of the procedures I paid for in advance but no longer wanted and Dr. Croley’s office refused to perform. When I tried to get the rest of the money back through my credit card company, Dr. Croley filed a police report against me for “theft of services.” He’s being investigated by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. If you want to keep your teeth, money, and sanity, stay away from here!!
